Inception of Abt Crop Production Management Company

The concept of a Crop Production Management Company was originally envisioned by Mr. Asif Sharif, founder of PQNK (Paaidaar Qudrati Nizaam-e-Kashtkaari), with the primary goal of supporting both farmers and consumers in Pakistan through nature-aligned agricultural solutions.

In 2024, Mr. Sharif shared this transformative idea with Mr. Naseer Ahmed, Founder & CEO of Abt Consulting Firm, with a vision to scale and implement the model across the country.

Inspired by Mr. Sharif’s decades-long commitment to regenerative farming, the leadership at Abt Consulting embraced the concept wholeheartedly. Following a series of collaborative discussions and strategic planning sessions, the firm was formally restructured into Abt Crop Production Management Company, founded on the guiding principle:

"Improve the soil, not the plant."

This collaboration marks a significant step toward reshaping Pakistan’s agricultural future through sustainable practices, farmer empowerment, and consumer well-being.
